All items are handmade to order, and therefore we only accept returns and exchanges if their is a defect with the product. If you wish to exchange a non-personalised product for a different size, please contact us at: positively_beaded@hotmail.com. We aim to reply within 48 hours. All returns costs are at the customer's expense unless there is a defect with the product.
