Return period
If an item arrives faulty or damaged*, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Where an item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs will be covered by us.
Returns policy exceptions
Unless faulty or damaged on arrival, customised, personalised and Stamped By Hand items are non-returnable. Stamped By Hand and Charm Studio pieces are under our 3 months repair promise - if a manufacturing fault occurs or a charm comes loose during this period we will repair it for you free of charge.
Exchanges
Non-personalised items may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of receipt. A fee of £2.50 is payable by the customer to cover return postage back for exchanges, unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us for exchange and may choose their preferred postal service. We recommend using a tracked service, as items returned using an untracked service remain the responsibility of the customer until received.
All items returned for exchange must be in their original, unworn condition. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage not present at the time of delivery.
Processing time
Refunds are issued within 2 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanged items will be processed and dispatched within our standard 3–5 working day processing timeframe.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will be unable to process unauthorised returns.
*Faulty or damaged refers to items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged during transit.
