Shipping policy

UK:

Orders are shipped within the following timeframes:

Standard dispatch: 3-5 working days

Express dispatch : 1-2 working days

Orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr (Tracked 24 for our express dispatch option) and usually arrive within 2-3 working days, though please allow up to 10 working days during busier periods to allow for postal delays.

Europe & Worldwide:

International orders ship within 5 working days and will take up to 14 working days to arrive.

For international delivery, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred through import tax/VAT). International delivery times can be significantly longer and can be delayed due to customs. In ordering internationally, the customer acknowledges that we are not responsible for potential delays due to these factors.
