Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days from purchase (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). Orders are posted using Tracked 24hr or Tracked 48hr Royal Mail delivery options depending on option chosen at checkout. For international delivery, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred through import tax/VAT). International delivery times can be significantly longer and can be delayed due to customs. In ordering internationally, the customer acknowledges that we are not responsible for potential delays due to these factors.
