We'll carefully prepare your design to engrave it onto your jewellery, preserving all those little quirks that make it uniquely yours.
What we can engrave
We can engrave handwriting samples (photos/scans), simple line drawings/images (e.g., an outline of a child's drawing), ink imprints of pawprints/fingerprints/handprints.
Please note we are currently unable to engrave photographs, portraits, pet portraits, coloured images or detailed artwork that cannot be converted into a simple line engraving. We hope to expand our engraving options in the future!
Returns, exchanges & your finished engraving
As every design and piece is unique, the size, positioning, depth and darkness of engraving may vary. When using your own handwriting or drawing, we may carefully resize, reposition, remove the background or adjust contrast where necessary to make your design suitable for the available engraving area, while retaining its original character.
Engraving is a permanent process and handwriting/drawing engravings are an engraved interpretation of the original supplied, rather than an exact printed reproduction. Small variations in line weight and appearance are natural.
We're currently unable to provide digital proofs before engraving due to the nature of materials and production process. However, every uploaded design is reviewed before we begin. If we spot anything that we feel may affect the quality of your finished engraving, we'll contact you before going ahead.
As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
